Over the course of her career, Violy McCausland has led more than $55 billion in successful business transactions including mergers, divestitures, acquisitions, spin-offs, public and private capital raisings, restructurings, privatizations and project financings.

She is behind many of the largest business deals that take place throughout Latin America, working closely with some of the region's most important business tycoons like Julio Mario Santodomingo, Lorenzo Zambrano and Gustavo Cisneros, among others.
